The location of Seagull in Hollywood is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach. The room was decent, equipped with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping things tidy. Maria at the front desk was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requests were met. However, the check-in was a bit frustrating with the extra fees. This transparency issue really needs attention. Also, while I enjoyed the room, the upkeep seemed lacking, showing some age. The staff's approach varied, with one being quite rude while another went above and beyond with assistance. Overall, it was a mix of enjoyable moments along with a few annoyances.

Our stay was memorable, especially with the kids enjoying the beach just steps away. The pool area was a highlight for the whole family, and we appreciated the spacious studio that accommodated our large group comfortably. We also loved being close to the vibrant nightlife of Hollywood.

In addition, the breakfast lacked protein choices. rather, it was primarily carb-heavy without any meats.

Parking is a nightmare. only a few cramped spaces on-site are available, and most are located down the street across heavy traffic. The room needs attention—shower curtains too short create a mini water park vibe, and there’s a persistent musty smell that lingers. Additionally, there's an unexpected $100 security deposit that isn't clear upfront, along with daily parking fees that feel like a hidden tax on your stay.

The Seagull's location is fantastic, right by the beach and accessible for seniors. I loved the clean, welcoming atmosphere of the room, and the staff, especially Wilson, were attentive and made my stay truly enjoyable.

More accessible parking options would be helpful.
